Vitamins and Colds
Do vitamins actually do any good or is that just another "sell" to the gullible public? If 30 milligrams of Vitamin C is the daily requirement, why do vitamins contain 100 or 250 mg.? How can I get rid of this dependency on a synthesized product like a vitamin and yet not get colds?

Using a plastic bag eliminates the danger of instant death but the gas is still irritating to the lungs. This is an example of a perfectly legal but very dangerous way to turn on.
